Direct Support Professional (DSP) certification available
at Citizen Care and Milestone!
Citizen Care and Milestone are investing in our direct care workforce by offering a three-level curriculum-based DSP certification program that allows DSPs to gain best practice training that meets the needs of persons we support.
The National Alliance for Direct Support Professionals certification program is a self-study virtual experience that provides accreditation and professional growth. Certification includes financial incentives, which include one-time bonuses and hourly pay increase for each level earned.
